Bible & Context collects minimal information. If you want personal information removed, you can request deletion and we will review the request as quickly as reasonably possible.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion, please contact us and include the email address connected to your Bible & Context account, newsletter subscription, or previous message.
For the message category, choose privacy or general contact if available. In the message, write that you are requesting data deletion.
What We Can Delete
Depending on what you have used, deletion may include:
- account profile information associated with Bible & Context
- email subscription records and communication preferences
- contact form messages where deletion is reasonably available
- connected sign-in identifiers from providers such as Google or Facebook
Email Preferences
If you only want to stop email, you do not need to request full deletion. You can manage preferences or unsubscribe on the unsubscribe page.
Social Sign-In
If you used Google, Facebook, or another sign-in provider, removing Bible & Context access inside that provider may stop future sign-in access, but it may not remove information already stored by Bible & Context. Please submit a deletion request if you want the site-side record removed.
Retention Limits
Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or backup integrity. Where retention is required, access will be limited and the information will be kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
Confirmation
After receiving a deletion request, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the email address or account before removing records. Once the request is processed, we will reply with confirmation where possible.
Questions
For questions about privacy or deletion, please contact Bible & Context. You can also review the Privacy Policy.
