Malachi
Malachi says the priest’s lips should guard knowledge, and people should seek instruction from his mouth Malachi 2:7. The priest is called the messenger of the LORD of hosts Malachi 2:7. This is contrasted with priests who caused many to stumble by their instruction Malachi 2:8.
7For the priest`s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth; for he is the messenger of Yahweh of Hosts.
8But you are turned aside out of the way; you have caused many to stumble in the law; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi, says Yahweh of Hosts.
