Love without hypocrisy means love that is sincere, morally clear, and active. Romans 12 does not describe image management or sentimental niceness; it calls for love that rejects evil, clings to good, serves others, and practices hospitality.
Romans 12 follows the call to present the body as a living sacrifice. Paul's commands show what renewed community life looks like after the mercies of God.
This helps a church test its service. Public acts of charity can look impressive while still lacking sincere love, humility, or holiness.
A careful reading should not make sincerity an excuse for avoiding moral clarity. In Romans 12, sincere love abhors evil and holds fast to good.
