The unwanted prophet is identified and summoned The king of Israel tells Jehoshaphat there is still “one man” through whom they can inquire of Yahweh: Micaiah son of Imlah. He immediately adds his personal evaluation—he hates Micaiah—because Micaiah does not speak “good” about him but “evil.” Jehoshaphat objects to the way the king is talking. In response, the king calls an officer and orders Micaiah to be brought quickly.
