Zephaniah addresses “all you humble of the land” who do the LORD’s just commands. The verse links them with seeking the LORD, righteousness, and humility in view of the day of anger (Zephaniah 2:3).
Zephaniah 2:1–3 is a fast, urgent appeal to Judah to respond before a set time runs out. The prophet tells a “shameless” nation to assemble, then repeats “before” to stress how near the coming day is.
